Hi

I am using Word 2000 (SP3)
I have a word document, several page long, where I have
used several font sizes in both Bold and Regular.
I need to reduce the entire document slightly, by about 10%, but I do not
want to lose the look, including spacing etc.
Is there some way I can select the whole document and reduce all the content
proportionally?

please advise

regards

Daniel

Sadly no. If you've been disciplined with your styles you need change only
the style definitions. Failing that you can use Search & Replace to look for
type of a certain size and replace with some other size. (Eg look for 10 pt
and replace with 9 pt.)
