Is there anyway to have the classical raw gray style in
Office 2003? I want Office 2003 to look exactly like
Office 2000. Thanks :)

You will need to find skins for Office 2000 on the Internet as Office 2003
will never have the old style icons, toolbars, etc. Google is your friend.
