Changing Start & Finish dates and automatically adjusting Due date

P

Project Pooped!

I am new to microsoft Project ($400 training-worthless). I am working on a
project. I have finished one job. Most of my jobs are the exact same all
the way through, but with different ship dates. I want the same durations,
but when I change the Start and finish dates the duration dates do not
automatically adjust. Instead it just shows me being done with the next
project well in advance as it is using the previous projects dates. Is there
any way of NOT entering each start date manually?

Hi,

You should NOT, NOT EVER, enter a start date for a task.
If they didn't tell you at training it was worthless indeed.
To help you the best I need some more info.
How are dates set in the original project? Constraints and/Or linhs?
Did you put tasks to 100% complete?
