Changing Status Manager in Project Server 2007

Alain

I have installed Project Server 2007 B2 TR. I have created a project with
Project Pro. I have assigned different ressources to tasks. I would like to
change the Status manager for some tasks (so that different person should
approve the task progression in PWA). When I open the combo box in Project
Pro to select another Status manager, I have only my name listed. I cannot
choose another person as status manager.
How can I define another ressource as Status Manager ?

Thanks.
Alain.

Alain,

I don't have Project server 2007, but in 2003 we did that in the Republish
Assignments dialog:
Select the tasks you want , then:
Collaborate / Publish / Republish Assignments.
Become the manager for these assignments

Hope this helps,

Alain:

In Project 2007, you should insert the Status Manager and Publish column
into a task or assignment view, depending on whether you want to act at the
task or assignment level. Change the status manager value, and publish field
values as necessary, then click on File > Publish to publish the changes.
