Changing the Display Position of a banner

I set up a picture banner on a page. When I preview the
page, the banner is displayed on the left side of the
page, which is where I want it. However, when I publish
the website, the banner is displayed as centered instead
of on the left side of the page. How can i change it so
the banner is displayed on the left side of the page
after publishing to the web?
