Changing the Save Location of your Emails

My Outlook emails are stored on my company's server, but I've heard
you can save them to your local C Drive if you choose to. How would I
go about doing this? Also, can I choose which folders to save locally
and which folders to save on the server? Thanks in advance for your
help!

Create a PST on your local drive and change your default delivery location
to that PST. Keep in mind, though, that this weill eliminate the ability of
anyone to see your Calendar if they need to.

You cannot split your default folders between the server (Exchange,
correct?) and the local drive. You can have yor default folders on the
server and personal folders on your local disk, though.
