Changing the view

B

bardburt

How can I view a hyperlink so it looks normal (like it would when it prints
out)? Now, I see {HYPERLINK . . . }, though it prints out normally. I have
the same problem with my headers and footers, which say {TITLE /
*MERGEFORMAT}, so I can't actually see on screen what will be printing out.

I know there must be a way to change it, but I'm not sure how.

Thanks!

Hi Burt,

Alt+F9 toggles between field code display and field results in Word
but you may also want your check your setting for [x]Field Codes
in Tools=>Options=>View.
