Changing Word & Excel default

Anyone know how to change the default on Word and Excel
from totally deleting a file to sending it to the Recycle
Bin? Right now, NOTHING goes to the Recycle Bin.
Everything is deleted. Thanks for any help.

Actually this is a question for an XP newsgroup. But you
should check the options of your recycle bin and deselect
the option "Do not move to recycle bin...."
