Charts within mail merges...

What is the best way to format charts within a mail merge that need to change
as per the data in the data source? The document is in Word 2003. The data
sources can either be in Excel 2003 or Access 2003.

Thanks,
Tim

You'll find an article on this topic in the Mail Merge FAQ on my website. Be
warned, though: There's no "simple" way.

Thanks Cindy. So I assume tables are difficult as well. I then need to find
different software that can perform this function I guess. Thanks.

No, tables can actually be fairly easy. I'm not sure exactly what
kind of table you're trying to achieve, though? If you mean a
list of items for a single person (as you might require to
generate a chart) then look at the discussion about 1-to-many
merges in the "Special Merges" section. More specifically, Leigh
Webber's example using the Database field.
