check box to text

I'm new to access, however, i am building a report for
sponsorships. The sponsorship package is "Custom" made
for the sponsors, however, the packages are very similar
in nature. I would like the ability to use the check box
to selected the sponsor package. I need to find a way to
contact the Yes/No of the checkbox to inserting a
bulleton in the sponsorship letter.

For example.
Signage Yes/No
Tickets Yes/No

If I select yes and no. The text in the report would be
"Signage space will made available to XXX in the Petting
Zoo"
Since no tickets were selected there would be no tickets
on the sponsor package.

A bit of code in the AfterUpdate event of the check box should do it:

Sub chkSignane_AfterUpdate()

If Me.chkSignage = True Then
Me.txtReportControl = "Signage space will made available to " &_
Me.txtXXX & " in the Petting Zoo"
Else
Me.txtReportControl = ""
End If

End Sub
