Clean Text

Even with a quality video card, I notice the fonts at my
Web site are a bit rough around the edges. Looking at
some other sites, I notice clean and smooth text.

Is there a way or a tool that will sharpen my text in FP
and eliminate the rough edges?

Please help! My site looks terrible.
