Clearing Statistics from a Word Document

If I copy an old document in order to create a new document the statistics
are all brought through - hours edited, revision number etc.

How do I clear all this out - particularly the revision number - as we
display the revision number on the title page of the document and I don't
want my first version to have a huge revision number.

Use Save As instead of Copy.
