A. Right click on your contacts folder, go to properties, outlook address
book tab, tick the box.
B. If it's grayed out - go to tools, email accounts, view or change existing
directories or address books, next.....
Do you see the Outlook Address Book service? If not, add it - click add,
additional address books, Outlook Address Book.
I'm a little unclear. Are you actually clicking the To: button, or are you
typing letters in the address line of the e-mail?
