Client reciveing garbled mesages

We have a client that we send reports to (Some are PDF, Some are HTML and
CSV) - when he gets the reports some come through as garbage (attachements
are stripped) and others com through normally attachments in tact. We have
noticed, that the ones that come through as garbage, the from email address
(our company name) has changed to all lower case letters and the normal ones
have some caps in the from name (this may not matter but worth mentioning).
This is totally random and only happens to this particular company. Has
anyone seen anything like this before? The client is using Outlook 2003 SP2.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
