Clip Art in spreadsheet

It's a cold rainy day so it's time to play on the computer!

I have been trying to create a macro that will display a particular clip art
picture if one condition is true and another if the condition is not true.
The clip art is located on a separate worksheet in my workbook. Obviously, I
have not met with any success. If I text strings as my display(s) it works
well. Any suggestions?
