clip art pictures do not show

I just installed XP and XP Office, now my clip art does not show up in power
point.

Clipart does not show when you insert on slides? or Clipart does not show
when you search for clips?

It does not show when I search for clips. I just found out the same is true
in Word.
When I search for clips instead of seeing a picture of the clip, a notebook
appears where the clip sample should be with dglxasset below it. There is a
dropdown menu to the side with options. Can you help me get the pictures of
the clips back?

Try the following it usually clears the problem

Empty your Temporary Internet Files cache
In Internet Explorer, click Tools, and then click Internet Options.
On the General tab, click Delete Files.

I am having this same issue with Office 2003. The Clip Art is visually in the
selector window but once you try to insert it into a Word or Excel all we get
is a dglxasset.aspx instead of the graphic clip art.

Steps I have taken are the MS recommended deletion of temp files. I have
deleted the user profile and un-installed office 2003, re-installed it with
all patches and service pack, then had the user log in creating a new Windows
profile and the same things happens.

When I log in as myself, I can insert clip art with no problems, seems to be
resident to this user? We are not using roaming profiles.

Anyone have any idea's on this?

Try the following

Open Clip Organizer | Start | All Programs | Microsoft Office | Microsoft
Office tools. From Clip organizer Tool Menu select Compact.
