Clipart showing up as an icon, and not the clip...

I keep getting an error telling me to install a
converter, but I am unsure as what to do next. I have
reinstalled.... any help appreciated.

Here is the error:
Publisher cannot insert this picture into the
publication. The appropriate graphic converter is not
available. For info on running setup, press F1.

The icon showing up instead of the clipart is Itunes'
icon, and when I delete Itunes, it turns into a
mediaplayer icon with the floowing text underneath:
dglxasset..

Lindsay, Are you trying to insert the image from the Office online ClipArt? Could be
your cache is full, in IE, tools, Internet Options, delete files.
If you are trying to use your Clip Gallery, right click any image in the catalogue,
click recover.
