ClipArt Thumbnails are the only thing showing and won't print graphics

Can you assist me?
I have a system with XP OS, XP Office, and 03 Publisher. When I insert
clipart, only the thumbnail can be seen and the graphics are not viewable.
What do I need to do to be able to use clipart successfully?

The thumbnails are preview images of the images. Are you sure you mean
thumbnails?
Have you checked "Do not print pictures" in the Advanced Print Settings?
Have you checked the settings under Tools > Picture Display?
