Cloning systems with Office 2003 OEM

Does anyone know what is the right procedure to prepare XP
systems with Office 2003 for cloning?

Running sysprep takes care of the operating system

What is the procedure to prepare Office installation for
the duplication? (specifically, make it ask for a key when
starting an app for the first time)
