Closing down Outlook w/ 2 profiles

I have two profiles setup. When I close down Outlook 2003
and try to open the other profile the orginal mailbox
opens. I have to go into Task Manager and kill the
outlook process before I can log into the other profile.
ANy suggestion?

You need to determine what is keeping Outlook from closing completely.
Add-ins, synching software, and fax software head the list.
