Closing out old tasks that time has not been registered to in PWA

How can I advise team members to close out tasks that that have already been
worked on but team has not registered time in pwa?

Tell the team members to enter their Actual Work on these tasks in the My
Tasks page and then set the Remaining Work to 0. Hope this helps.
