S
sleepless in P'cola
Hello all!
I have 12 users in one of our firm's buildings. They are
using 98, 2000 and XP machines. All are using Outlook
2000. When they close Outlook, they get the standard
little box "Outlook is closing, please wait" and it just
sits there. Eventually, if you hit C+A+Del you see that
it is not responding.
We put a new server in running Windows Server 2003 about
6 months ago. This problem just started- and it is
affecting all the users. Outlook itself works fine- all
users can send and receive messages, etc with no
problems. After Outlook closes (via reboot or C+A+Del)
it opens right back up and works fine.
Does anyone have any idea what could be suddenly causing
this?
Thanks!
