collaborative uses with Exchange Server

Hello. We have recently purchased an Exchange Server (2000) and plan to
switch from OE to Outlook 2002. What type of collaboration can we gain from
this switch? I know that we can share calendars, use public folders, and use
OWA, but what else can we do? I am curious about any good websites that
cover collaboration. Thank you.
