Color corruption in Terminal Services mode

Any word on this problem yet? Are there any settings within Windows Server 2000 or 2003 that could be tweaked to overcome it?

Are you running OneNote on a TS session that is running at 256 colors? (I
think all connections to Win2K servers are at this level and the user and/or
server owner can configure Win2003 to run at this level as well).

Fundamentally, we don't look good at 256 colors since we decided instead ot
have gradients and take adavatge of higher color palettes so we don't look
like an early 90s app :). We did some minor work to make this look OK at
256 colors, but since it is a visual (not functional) issue that can be
fixed by running the server in a higher color depth, we decided we couldn't
afford to do the extra work to fully support 256 colors.

We will consider this for a future release, but by then the number of TS
servers that run only on 256 colors will be even lower, so it may not make
it.
