color of font and shodow or outline

I have pub 2000, I want to create a font with a particular color shadow or
outline. How do I specify the color of the font and the color of the outline
or shadow?

You will probably have to use WordArt. Create your letter or phrase. Copy. Insert,
picture, new drawing, when the drawing canvas opens, paste special, picture. Select
the phrase, ungroup, click yes. Delete the background. All the drawing tools for
shadow, lines, colors are now available for your font.
