Color Scheme Printout

Hi All,
back when I was using Publisher98 I printed out a Color Scheme and
also a color chart with the base colors down the LHS and numbers
across the top. Now that I am using 2007, I can't find this option.
Is there one to print out the color schemes and also the color chart?

I think you are mis-remembering. Publisher 98 does not have the print option to
print out color schemes, but you could do a print screen (capture). The color
chart you are remembering is not in Publisher 2007. There is a similar chart in
MS Paint.

If you have Vista there is the Snipping Tool in the Accessories menu, it makes
a screen capture easier.

charts and I have put their links below. I wanted to print out a new
set of charts with my new printer, but I didn't want to re-install
Publisher 98, I probably wouldn't remember where the option was as I
do remember it was in some obscure place.

The link says it is a 98 chart, but as near as I can ascertain there is not a
print function for the chart in Publisher. That is why I suggested you had to do
a print screen. The color chart that is with 98 is not like the one you have on
the web page.

Thanks for the color charts and assistance. It continued to bug me so I
re-installed 98 and dug around for a while and found it. I have saved
this chart as a PDF file so I can remove Pub98 again. A copy of which

The way I found it was:
Help > test Chart > Print a color sampler to compare screen colors to
desktop printer colors > click here to print the color sampler

I was thinking color chart, you are thinking color schemes. Sorry about the
confusion. You are absolutely correct. I simply was not thinking correctly.
