Colors not showing

We have one workstation on our network that can't view colors in a
spreadsheet or Word document unless we use Preview - and that doesn't always
work.

In Excel, colored fill and Word Art isn't viewable without Preview. In Word,
Wordart colors don't show even in Preview.

Any ideas?

Hi Laura,

In the Accessibility applet in the Windows Control Panel
see if any of the display options, such as 'high contrast'
have been turned on.

In Word also check in Tools=>Option=>Print to see if
'drawing objects' is turned on.
