columns removed and option gone

an employee here created a new publisher document with 3 verticle columns.
she went into the document the next day and the columns were completely gone
as was the option to add columns. this is only happening with this one
document. thoughts or suggestions appreciated.

What version Publisher? Have you tried a "detect and repair?"
Are these table columns or text columns?

What version of Publisher are they using???

If you are an IT guy you should know better than not to post with the
version of Windows and Publisher they are using.
You must be a very newbie inexperienced IT guy!!!

Publisher 2003 and I believe they're text columns. What is "detect and
repair"? Thanks.
