I created a text box in the form combining 2 fields, Segment and Location, i
want this to be save under the field "Control Number" in the same table where
Segment and Location is found.
Segment - QAT1
Location - 002
Control Number - QAT1/002

How can i do that.

Please need your help.

Neil,
Actually, you wouldn't do that.
As a general rule, don't save a value to a table that can be calculated
from values already saved.
If you had Price and Qty, you wouldn't save TotalCost (Price * Qty)

ControlNumber can be calculated, in any form, query, or report from the
Segment and Location values
= [Segment] & "/" & [Location]
