combine address books?

I'm using Outlook 2002 on an XP pc. I just set up a new computer and want
to get my old address book and old emails all in one location. I can open
the old file, but Outlook opens it as a separate "personal folder" instead
of putting it into my "Outlook Today" folder. So I can't get to my address
book by clicking on the "to" button on an email. How can I get my old
address book into my new one? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Copy the Folder Contents from one PST to the other.
Select All > Copy to Folder...
