Combining small already completed Templates with form fields

How do I combine three templates into one master template. I would also like
to know how to program the form fields to copy from other form fields.

Use Copy and Paste to include the content from one into another.

Use { REF } fields in the other locations where you want data that is
entered into a formfield to appear, checking the "Calculate on exit" box for
the formfield so that the cross references are updated when the user exits
the formfield.
