After_Update Event?

Can I have the same code to update ComboBox1 it
ComboBox2 is selected?

IE User Choose the drop down from:
ComboBox1 >>> Which will update the corresponding date
in ComboBox2
ComboBox2 >>> Which will update the corresponding Data
in the ComboBox1
