Command or action 'Backup' is not available now

hi,
I have created a button in form that it makes a back up for my database.
I have used a macro to do that. In this macro I select " runcommand" and put
the command to be backup.
The problem is once I click on the command button in the form the following
msgbox appears:
The command or action 'Backup' is not available now
