comment balloons help

Hi-
I have Word 2004. My advisor just emailed me a draft of something with
her comments inserted. She said they ought to show up in balloons. I
can't get the balloons to show. Her tracked changes show up fine, but
there are other comments there (in the text there is a little text
marker type thing where she inserted comments). BUT the only way I can
get those to show up is in the "reviewing pane" and that is really
hard to figure out which comments go where. I can't for the life of me
get the balloons to show up.

Any advice? -Wendy

Make sure you are in Page Layout View (balloons are not visible except
in this view). Under the Show button on the Reviewing toolbar, make sure
Comments is checked.
