Comment Box

Hi,

I have a comment in one of my cells. However, when you
scroll over it, it is hidden behind a list box. I have
tried to move the comment out of the way but it always
goes back to the same position, behind the List Box. I
have also tried, right clicking, order, and clicking
infront, but that doesn't seem to work either. Any ideas.
