Comments entered by reviewers can't be seen in PowerPoint 2003

This seems to be the reverse of the problem that I've seen posts on. In this
case, reviewers using who-knows-what versions of PowerPoint have entered
comments that don't show up with the file is reopened in PowerPoint 2003. Any
assistance would be most welcome!

Yeah, that *is* the opposite of the problem we usually see.

Only thing I can think of off the top of my head is the 2003 users need to
install SP1 for Office 2003. Help/About will have SP1 at the end of the line
with the version of PPT if it's installed. If you don't see SP1, go to
Help/Check for Updates and install SP1 for Office 2003.
