Often when I reply to an email, I use the comment feature to respond to various issues raised. For the most part this works, particularly if the email sent to me and to which I am replying is HTML. If the email I am replying to is not HTML, I find that the comment feature sometimes works, sometimes not. If I change the format back to HTML, same result.
How can I force comments even in replies to emails that are not HTML?
I am running Outlook 2003 on XP Pro; I am NOT using Word as my email editor.
