Does anyone know if Frontpage 2003 is compatable with
Windows ME? The packaging says Windows XP or 2000.

No.
FrontPage 2003 requires Windows XP or Windows 2000.

Yes but you will be limited locally to disc based webs (which you can publish to server extended webs)

- didn't read FP2003
No FP 2003 will not run on Win ME
