compatibility of office 2000 and windows xp home sp2

Hi. I have a copy of office 2000 that I purchased at Staples, and just
recently got a new computer, which has windows xp home, sp 2 as its operating
system. Will there be any difficulties/conflicts if I try to install office
2000 on this new computer, which is a dell? Thank for any info.

Office 2000 will work with Windows XP. Your Office 2000 End User License
Agreement probably allows you to install your copy of Office 2000 on one
desktop and one laptop computer owned by you as long as both are not used at
the same time. You should read your EULA to make sure.
