Is MS Acces compatible with MySQL Database?

What do you want to do exactly? For example it is possible to fetch data
from one database and store it in the other one - you just have to take care
that data types match.

Is MS Acces compatible with MySQL Database?

Yes, since MySql supports the Open Data Base Connection, or so called ODBC,
then MySql should work just fine.

ODBC was a standard that vendors (including Microsoft) adopted and promoted
to allow their products to openly connect to other vendors software. As long
as a vendor supports ODBC, then ms-access should work just fine with the
product.

Microsoft Windows WIN32 ODBC with promotion by Microsoft has made the
standard as common as breathing air, and virtually all database systems
support this open standard.
