We use a Project file to track the projects assigned to various team
members. How do I go about having each team member assigned a different bar
color on the gantt chart and calendar view?

PK,
There are various ways to do it and the method that will work best for
you depends on how the file is structured. For example, if each task has
only one team member assigned, a spare Flag field can be set for each
team member. Then go to Format/Bar Styles and set up the bar color based
on the Flag setting.

If more then one team member is assigned to some tasks, it gets a little
more complex but some scheme can probably be worked out, although it may
require some VBA to set it up.
