conditional formatting according to total slack

Hi All,
i hope some one can help me.

i would like to color each task according to the total slack field.
i want each range to have another color.
that means, range -100 to -1 color with red, total slack = 0 will be yellow
and total slack > 0 will be green.
i would like to color all the row of the task.
how can i do it?
