conditional formatting

Can I set conditional formatting rules for the Gannt bars based on Resource
or % complete so that different color bars are shown based on the condition?
I'm using Project 2003 Ent.

There isn't a way to directly do this but it is possible. First you have to
set up the flag custom fields so each formatting rule you want to have has
its own flag. You can set it up so when the condition is met the flag
automatically flips to yes.

Then to format the gantt bar, add a new row in bar styles dialog for each
condition where you set the "Show For...Tasks" to a flag you customized.
