Not possible when using the FP Form Handler. You will need to write a custom server-side form
handler to process and send an html email.

where can I get info on writing a custom Server-side form handler that works
in FP?

You will have to learn write ASP, ASP.net or PHP, etc. scripting, based on whatever is supported by
your web host. One place to start is http://www.asp101.com for ASP/ASP.net

Is there a way to embed links in the FP form handler (email) for the purpose
of a viewer that receives the email from the FP form handler so they can
access other Web sites email etc. from that same email?? As of now what I
have is straight text even with URLs and email addresses but cannot access
them without having to copy - paste, etc.

You would have to pass any info you want to be in the email as value from a form field or hidden
form field, you would need to make sure that it is the following formats http://www.domainname.com,
etc. for pages and if it is a email mailto:[email protected] etc. for emails.

I have resolved the link issue however because the Web site is not hosted on
a server with the ability to use ASP, etc.

Question? - Can I create a form and bypass the FP form handler so the email
received is formated with field info as I desire as opposed to the FP form
haddler that defaults to a different reply appearence from the actual form
layout. It shifts the field info that looks confusing from the original
WebSite form.

Yes but only w/ a server side script language your host supports (other than ASP)
