Confused about Project Std and Project Server

Can I use Project 2007 standard with Project Server 2007? If yes, will I be
able to integrate with Outlook?

As stated in the other reply, you have to have Professional to connect to Server. In regards to Outlook, you have to have Server to interact dynamically with Project and Outlook. You can however, with Professional anyway, import from Outlook and I believe save to Outlook some information but it is not dynamic.
