Project web access login with PWA Address and choosed use windows accounts
when connected. but when i clicked test I recieved " the project server url
seems to be invalid. please check the spelling of the project server url"

As a wordaround, First: I browsed the PWA within Outlook , then I connected

Is there any solution other workaround that i implemented?

Remove the site you are attempting to connect to from the IE trusted sites
zone.

This seems to be an issue with IE not passing credentials. Our
SharePoint site is not in our intranet zone, so we had to change some
security settings. In IE, you have to add the SharePoint site to the
trusted sites, and then set the custom settings for trusted sites to
allow automatic logons.

Open IE.
Select Tools->Internet Options
Click on the "security" tab.
Highlight "Trusted Sites" and click the "sites" button
Enter the URL for your SharePoint site and click "Add"
With "Trusted Sites" still highlighted, click the "Custom Level"
button
Scroll all the way to the bottom to User Authentication->Logon and
select the "Automatic logon with current username and password" radio
button.

Restart IE and Outlook and verify that the PWA plugin now works.
