Connecting a cells in a table in frontpage to cells in excel

There's no fully satisfactory way of doing this. Excel is single-user and
relatively unstructured. The Web is multi-user and highly-structured.

Databases like SQL Server and Access are much better choices for storing and
working with data on the Web.

If yuo want a more specific answer, you'll need to explain your situation
and ask a more specific question.
