Connection Fail

Hi,recently I setup a Server which hosts the Project Server 2003 .When I use
Project Pro 2003 to connect to this Server from the client side,anything
goes well.But,when I install Project Pro 2003 in the Server,I try to use
Project Pro 2003 to connect to Project Server at the server side, it fail.I
have used window authentication and Project Server Account to connect to
Project server at server side.So,Why can I connect to Project Server in
Project Pro 2003 at client mechines but fail at server mechine?
The error message is :
Connection Fail.
It's likely that you did not have network connection or there are something
wrong with your project server or database .
