Hi,
I have a user who has frequent connection problems with one of his e-mail
accounts. He keeps getting prompted for a password but the p/w is never
accepted.
His other e-mail accounts work fine and this a/c works fine in OE but not
OL2k.
This one a/c is a bit unusual, compared to his other a/c's. It requires
that his user name includes his domain (i.e. user name =
"(e-mail address removed)") and this a/c also requires that "Outgoing server
requires authentication" be checked.
This is not a problem with errors in entering the data. We've checked and
double checked. What's more, it sometimes works from this pc and it always
works from a different computer.
So the problem seems to be in OL. But what?
Any ideas?
