Contact Form Within Publisher

I am not certain if maybe I am not using the right terminology in searching
for information or maybe this question has not been asked previously but here
goes:

I have inserted a hyperlink that when clicked will open up an email program
message window. What I would like to do is insert a form where they can enter
in their name, telephone number, email address, and message and click submit
and the form be emailed directly to me.

Anyone?

my hosting provider does support this type of programming. The file is called
"gdform.asp"

I guess I need to build a form in Publisher and somehow make it look to the
"gdform.asp" file.

Any thoughts on how or if I can accomplish this through Microsoft Publisher?

Shane,

David or Rob can provide more information, but Pub can create a form for
you without having to use asp. If all else fails, search the Help Files.
I can guarantee you that it will be easier to use than 99 percent of the
form scripts you can find.
